One thing that I don’t understand about Airtel DTH is why they charge money for customer service.
Once, due to their bad product, the signal go away. I suffer as I am not able to watch for what I am paying.
Then to correct the damn thing, they need money i.e. service charge. Fully unfair practice. Also, their executive will not come before 3-4 days of making a complaint.
Wonder when Indian companies will learn the basics of Customer Service. I think a portability here might help!
