Airtel Digital TV has been connecting in our house since 4 years .On that time we heard mostly about Airtel Digital TV and the prices of the packages was also reasonable. So we took this connection.But now it has changed a lot. The monthly rental pack has become very expensive .They increases our packages price day by day but the quality is same here like before.
At first our minimum monthly rental pack was about Rs. 120 but now it goes to about Rs. 300.In this high rental pack they also included various unnecessary channels which aren't beneficial for us.They also take a fine of Rs. 20 if we recharge our account after ending of our account balance. If we don't recharge our account for about 1 or 2 months for any inconvenience they called in our register mobile number and irritate us by asking various questions and also forces us to recharge our account. So now we disappointed by Airtel Digital TV.
I think they should decrease their price of the monthly rental packages to attract more customers.
