After long and frustrating days with SUN DIRECT....i finally decided to go for Airtel DTH on 20th March. I was confused with the competition and offers made by TATA Sky and Airtel DTH. But finally landed with Airtel....fair enough...I have made booking on web which will give me two benefits 1) EMI scheme 2) Cash Back 250....i am not hostile for both of them...i just want to have peaceful DTH Connection...
I booked this connection in the evening on 20th....got call from Airtel on 21 afternoon providing customer id:....same day I got call from installation guys....but unfortunately week day 1...i couldnt make at my place and requested installation guys to come on 22nd....and guess wat....8:55 am got a call.....tring tring....
Hello....sir we are calling from Airtel DTH....and its installation request...could you please guide us to reach at your place? I was happy and navigated them to place....20 mins installation over....activation also done online (even though Installation guy used my fone)....but in all 30 mins and I was airtel LIVE...
As of now I am happy to have Airtel...lets see hows things moves....up as time comes.....
I will post further as well...keep watching this space...
