Friends, I am having an Airtel digital connection at my Home customer ID 3008661954. Earlier my monthly pack was Rs 330/- Includes the sports channels, music channels or some other languages channels. I have called many time to customer care to change my pack as most of the channels not use of mine at all. I am a Salaried person, no one at home. family stays at village, I only spend 2 hrs max to watch TV. So, other languages channels, or Sports channels not use of mine. But after many calls they do not change my pack. Then one day I called & abuses with them also use some wrong words with them, then at last they agree to change my pack from Rs 330/ to Rs 210/- month. In that only some News channels, Sony TV, star plus, Zee Tv, Colors Tv, & some other Hindi languages channels with some Movie channels like Zee Cinema, Sony Max, Zee actions etc covered.


This was only one incidence which I discussed, the other incident happened before 20 days when I did not get my TV any channels. It wa only showing Recharge pack finished. I call to customer care with immediate effect confirm them the Transaction ID then after 10 mins it started. While at once after Recharge it should have been started.


My connection gets short due to some reason, & display not coming with error only B- 001, I contact there customer care to pls sent any representatives. they told the service engineer will visit within 24 hrs. with happy code 661122. You have to told this to our engineer at the time of visit, & a charge of Rs 200/- to paid him on visit. if some thing repaired or replaced then it will be cost extra. There engineer came after 30 hrs approx, & for only a small work detector he charged Rs 200+ 200= 400/- . I paid him this amount as I have to watch TV I was very much tired 7 not in a mood of fighting or discussing.


But My point that its not a right approach to deals with the Customer.


I am very much disappointed with Airtel & its service. Next month I will be on 2 days leave then I will finally change this & will replace with TATA or Dish TV.
