I AM USING AIRTEL DTH TV SINCE LAST ONE YEAR, FREQUENTLY I AM FACING SIGNAL PROBLEM, WHENEVER I HAVE PROBLEM I WAS REPORTED THE SAME TO THE CUSTOMER CARE PERSONS AND THEY ARE INFORMING THAT THE PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVE WITH IN 24 HRS BUT IT IS TAKING TOO LONG TIME TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. FOR INSTANT RECENTLY I GOT THE SIGNAL PROBLEM DUE HEAVY RAINS ON 7TH OF MAY-2016 AND THE SAME WAS REPORTED TO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES AND THEY INFORMED THE SAME WILL BE RESOLVE WITHIN 24 HRS
BUT EVEN AFTER 7 DAYS COMPLETED THE PROBLEM WAS NOT RESOLVED,
THOUGH THE PROBLEM WAS NOT RESOLVED THE ARE DEDUCTING THE AMOUNT FROM MY ACCOUNT.
I LOST MY FACENSE, FINALLY I CAME OUT OF THEIR SERVICE. HENCE WITH MY EXPERIENCE I AM HEREBY SUGGESTING THAT DONT REFER AIRTEL DTH TO ANY ONE.
