Airtel DTV is horrible due to its poor customer service. It is also over priced. I used it for about 3 months and then have to switch to Tata SKY which has a very good customer care and reasonable prices.
Also, if you don't know already, In case you wish to discontinue their services, AIRTEL will recover the STB and dish connection back from you and sell it to someone else. This simply means that you are just paying for the service and not the equipment. Now. calculate how costly this is for you.
I would recommend you to go for TATA SKY as its service is excellent and is value for money. Else AIRTEL people will come and recover the box from you leaving you nowhere, once you discontinue their services
I hope this review help you guys to understand how bad AIRTEL DTV is. I paid nearly Rs. 400/month to them for 3 months. BAD BAD BAD.
