I was in a dilemma whether to take a Airtel DTH connection after reading so many negative reviews about it. But I took a chance and I took the connection 5 days ago. I got the connection on the same day on which I applied for the same. I was quite surprised to find their response such quick( Infact I got it within 5 hrs.). I was quite satisfied with the quality of transmission, picture and sound quality are very clear.
When I logged in my account over the internet I found that my account details(name, address etc.)are incorrect. I called at the toll free service centre, got the connection easily, and the employee told me to contact their relationship centre to rectify the problem. However the next day, I received a call from them and another employee took all the the correct information over phone. However still some mistakes were there. Then I wrote a mail to them reporting all the incidents.
Within 2 hrs. I received another call, and then all the mistakes were corrected. I am quite satisfied with their prompt action.
