They ripped my money off in very possible way. They don't take a disconnection request unless you are willing to return the set top box that you bought for no money as refund. You recharge and the programs would still not be on. They would deduct unnecessary money without your permission.
More than anything, very poor, harsh and irreverent customer service.
Do not go for it.
