My consumer ID is 3004287125. I have DVR+one extra connection. Paid one year subscription for both. Suddenly money disappeared in my account. On inquiry found that they deducted Rs.660/- per month citing reasons that all top ups have been activated based on a call from an unregistered mobile no. I had to recharge once again & deactivate top ups.While deactivating top ups, recording facility was deactivated for 1st connection even though it is free. No indication of balance amount on TV screen.
Better dont call any call center since they dont know that extra connection will be activated as per the first connection (Indicated in Airtel document) & they may say that both connections are on different packages. Only consumer is responsible for all mistakes made by the company.
Already recommended not to go for Airtel DTH for 2 prospective customers & decided to disconnect once the subscription is over.
