I had an issue with my airtel setup box and contacted digital tv support. The next day airtel technician came and informed that he would need to swap the box next day. It happened on 03rd of December 2016. So far the technician has not come and no updates from Airtel. On 03rd of December 2016 evening airtel closed ticket without any problem solved(Reference number 56987503) with problem resolved. When I contacted Airtel support they explained that if technician visits the house then he can close the ticket irrespective whether the solution is offered or not. Later they again opened case with the title "wrong resolution" however till now no response nor solution offered so I asked for disconnection on 05th of December 2016. Airtel support team have taken the request and told me that they would refund the amount after a call from higher officials. Till now no updates. The worst part is that when you contact customer service dept then support team redirects you to escalation team, escalation team blames service team, service team says agent issue and at the end customer left with no solution.
