Previously before 3 years I was using common Dish network from my local area . Theywere provding lot of channels at low price but the picture quality was very bad and most of the time connection was lost.I was really frustated some time during weekends or during live cricket match.
Then I decided to move on Airtel Digital TV n from last 3 years I am using there services.It was nice expierence with them.
About the cost -It's little bit costly but I get lot of offers during recharge.Through Airtel mobile app I am getting maximum discount between 10 to 15 percent by Airtel Bank.I am getting balance update through this application.
About the quality and features- Picture quality is so nice , it works nice in bad weather as well.Remote is user friendly everyone can operate eaisliy.The most important feature you can map TV remote with the set top box remote.You don't need to touch TV remote for volume, mute, power off TV and screen resoulition.During cricket match they automatically activate one channel without any cost.Through USB feature you can record your favourite channels by setting instruction n watch it later when you have time.I am music lover n using recording features for making music albums to watch in free time.
About customer care services- Customer service is so fast .It's available 24x7.Any time you can send sms or call for activation n deactivation of chanels.
