I had taken an Airtel 3G postpaid connection 5 days back(Corporate Plan of 399 Rs having 2160 MB free data usage) 9561240585 and in just a few times of usage the data usage is now showing 6 GB(6912 MB). I am sure that I haven't used even 1 GB by now.
I have called Customer Care 121 for resolution, it got connected to Airtel Karnataka Customer Care. He asked to call to Maharashtra Customer Care 9892012345, it got again connected to Karnataka Customer Care. Gave another number 9890012345, it also went to Karnataka Customer Care.
No Customer Care officer was even ready to hear my grievance and was telling that you had called the wrong Customer Care. The last person was even arrogent in his talk. Was asking me whether you can't understand a technical issue or not. He was angry at me and disconnected the call.
Finally, I requested in the call to Customer Care this morning(that also to Karnataka Customer Care) to please disconnect my number. She told that your billing date in 28th, so whatever be the reason you need to use the connection till that. I asked if the data usage is wrongly billed that time what I will do. She said that you need to pay it and then only you can disconnect.
I had sent a mail to 121@in.airtel.com but there is no reply till now. I still don't know what I will do. They are cheating me like anything.
