I got this about 6 months ago. Till last month it worked okay . I was getting 2-3 Mbps. But now if I get any where close to 1 Mbps I will be ecstatic. Also, it does not matter time of the day . At all times it sucks. I believe AIRTEL is either pushing customers to get the new 4G or after few months they downgrade the service.
It is horrible, frustrating and ain't cheap either. I have been calling AIRTEL customer support since Jan 9th and today is Jan 28th, Issue has not been resolved. They keep telling me that they have raised new tickets and it takes 48 hours for resolution. Jan 9th to Jan 28th issue has not been resolved and I don't think they have any intention of resolving.
Just like our politicians . Airtel really, really sucks . Go for alternate providers, you will be doing a service to yourself . Avoid this shameless company.
