As I was wanting to buy a dongle, I made some enquiries. Airtel promptly gave to my doorstep to sell and install a 3G data card. Thereafter, I used it sparingly as a backup only. After 3 weeks, the bill amount showed Rs 320/- I did not use it for a week thereafter.
After a week, it suddenly showed a bill of Rs 1000+ How did this happen, only they know. There is no customer support. All vague numbers are given and no help is available whatsoever. While using too, you will find it working most often on 2G. The dongle too is locked so you can use it only if you are able to unlock it.
