My credit card got charged for Rs. 200. However, the sim did not get charged. When I called up the customer centre, I was shunted between multiple people. Finally, one lady came online and coolly confirms that there is no charge. I have to recharge my sim. I have been having major problems with Airtel service. It is horrible. If there is a way for you to avoid using Airtel, please utilize that option. At one point of time, everybody used to talk about Airtel as the most reliable service. I have been with Airtel for 6 years now but now definitely wanting to shift over to a different provider.
