I have taken 6 GB download per month, 3MBPS data card plan.
It is all nonsense, even if I do not use complete 6 GB (which I can see in data statistics), airtel reduces my internet speed which falls at 100KBPS (even this is more, as I can see in speed accelerator).
This happens in the last week of the month. Even in normal days, the speed is not as promised, which comes around 500 KBPS.
Beside, this when I called customer care for help, they made my call hold for about 30 mins and finally disconnected. when I called again to give complaint regarding customer care, I was told sorry no action
Finally, I am about to get this connection disconnected and looking for beam broad band which I heard is pretty good.
