Compared to the other to dth services the cost is very high.The services they are providing for the cost we are paying will not match because there are only limited channels only compared to other dth services.And in rural areas it wont work properly.The packages are costly and middle class people cant afford it.
And to the customer services they dont receive the calls from customers and the issues will not be solved immediately.When there is little drizzle also the signals wont come to the set top box and connection is not available.The channels we get are very less when we see other dth services they are giving so many channels more than this.Airtel is simply using the brand name and charging high prices.
when we got a problem with the connection we will not get assistance from them that easy.We want call them continuosly and if you are lucky enough you might get the call answered.
