I am using Airtel DTH ( HD) since more than 3 years. My DTH stopped working ( No signal - Amber light on setup box) since 20th May
I have called DTH customer care numerous times and seems no one is bothered to resolve the issue. Every time I call, getting a response, we are escalating your ticket, but nothing happens.
I have requested for a site engineer to check the physical connectivity of the dish antenna, but none of the representatives helped me even though I agreed to pay the charges.
This is really annoying me that I am with out service for more than a week and continued to charge me every day. The Sad part is customer care advisers disconnected my call thrice.This level of service is unacceptable. I am exhausted calling your customer care and waiting on the line for long hours.
They are providing the worst service.
