My name is Milan Bhowmik .I purchased airtel digital tv one SD DTH( id no 3018872409) & another HD DTH( customer id no-3018872352) as on 07.2.16 from local electronic shop name Roma electronic, Burnpur, Asansol, Dt-Burdwan, WB.Within two days SD DTH total signal faliure, customer id-3018872409.Now within one month completion HD DTH has been collapsed totally.At that mean time time I did call several time to customer care number 033-44448080, but no response from customer care centre.They are holding my call but not responding and my moblie bill increasing.
I think it is a pure cheating by airtel.It is this airtel who is a part of DIGITAL INDIA.It is their way to digitalised india.I recharged 100 RS for my SD DTH by seeing their recharge package for one month, on 17.03.2016 at 6 pm, after two hours AIRTEL Authority stopped broadcasting and not giving any signal by saying that I have to recharge 200 Rs and more.How they can do this within one month and not completion of my package.This is worse and cheating mentality.This is nothing but pure robbary.Shop keeper name Roma electronic is not doing cooperation.I want to say Airtel authority and their concerned dealers, shopkeepers duty is only up to selling their products to the customer and after sometime if any damage happen, they are not taking any responsibility.what is happening.
