Airtel DTH service is the worst dth service.I have used another DTH service and it is very satisactory compared to AIRTEL DTH.
I have purchased Airtel Dth from the local company outlet 6 months ago and then the nightmare started for me.I have experienced a lot of trouble with this dth service and I didnt even enjoy the services properly for even a month.
I purchased the Airtel DTH service for RS.1650 and they offered free subscription or a month.Then from the second month I subscribed for the basic pack which is regional language and a family pack also.But the family pack included only channels of hindi language only and not of my local language.

PROS AND CONS:
I think I didnt find any pros of this AIRTEL DTH.
CONS:
Any DTH service is interrupted when it is cloudy or when it is raining but this DTH is not even receiving signal in full bright sunny day.All I can see is the service is interrupted due to cloudy weather message but the sky is all clear.I am really frustrated with the service.
CUSTOMER CARE:
The customer care service is also very very bad.The toll free number given for contacting the customer care service is not even connecting before you try a hundred times.I explained my problem to them and they say that I was not receiving signal because of bad weather and the signal is full only when the sky is clear ans the star are visible.I wonder how come someone see the stars in day time.I was really frustrated and tried to contact the local technician and he asked for money to solve my problem.I have never seen such a worst DTH service provider in my life and I am using other services without any problem
BOTTOMLINE:
I strongly recommend to avoid opting to this DTH service and try to checkout other companies.
