I would like to file a complaint against Airtel as despite of repeated calls at customer care, I'm not provided with specific deadline to resolve issue. From 8th May, I'm unable to send fresh sms to any number. Whenever I compose a sms it instantly goes in the outbox, showing "resend" for a very long time. And this is happening with all the numbers I would like to sms.
But whenever I reply to any particular sms, it goes instantly without showing "Resend" option. I raised my complaint on 8th May itself and I was informed that my problem will be resolved and I'll get a call on 11th May. But to my surprise they closed my complaint stating it is resolved, neither my problem was resolved nor I got any confirmation call.
And as per the latest status they say they have again opened my complaint but aren't providing me the deadline. Can you please look into this and guide me accordingly. I even got my handset checked and they say if its the problem of the handset not a single sms should go but replies are going. My handset is Nokia E-7.
