I have been customer of Airtel services(including Mobile, DTV, broadband internet) for over 2 years. But inspite of that, I have recently experienced very bad response and service by customer care.
Their internet/broadband server issues have been kind of regular and it takes at least 3 days to come back to normal. Every time we call customer care, they put on hold for like 15-25 mins(on average) and that too repeat same hold after 1 min.I have to spent on customer service call durations like 30-40 mins minimum(that too at least twice to three times a week).
One of the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. Even the Customer service Managers are irresponsible and put the blame on customers instead of taking responsibility of the issue reported. Didn't expect it from big brand like Airtel. Customer care team is spoiling the name of Airtel brand.
Hope someone from Airtel higher management looks into the worst customer care feedback and do something to improve the service quality and efficiency.
