Let me share my experience with Broadband & Landline. I am from Chennai and Been using all Landline and broadband connectivity available in Chennai and Found my best Service provider for Broadband & Landline. Real good quality connectivity, good service, Wonderful after sale support and Suprise part is, If you really need a service at 8:00 PM at night they try to make it up worst case the next day early morning.
I am using this for past 4 years and love to use it for ever. Yesterday my Landline Instrument was giving some trouble, whenever I take my receiver speaker phone switch ON automatically. I jus called up Customer Care by 2 PM, they promised to fix it by 6:30 PM, in next 15 mins Airtel Support team called up and enquired the issue again.
Exactly in 1 hours the instrument for replace, no questions asked and no more head scratching service people unline BSNL :) Really impressed with their service and this is not the first time they have impressed me on the service part. I have recommended to most of my friends and they are also happy. None of the other landline companies including BSNL will bother about Instrument faults so much, rather they will never turnup to resolve it!!! I have experience it. Sorry I have never used Their Mobile connectivity so no comments about it :)
