Dont go for Airtel Braodband. Customer service sucks. Worst than we can thought of. Customer care executives are so rude they dont even know how to talk to customers. I dont know why company like airtel is not focusing on their customer service. Its pathetic.When all the other companies are making their customer service best of all that time airtel is not even putting a single effort to improve their service. Customer care executives put me on indefinite hold. They keep transferring my call from one executive to another.
