Dear Friends, I would like to warn my fellow customers, who are thinking of going in for Airtel Broadband in Bangalore. At first the Sales people used to call me up 6 times a day to register and pay them the registration charge of Rs 500. After they came home and collected the money from me, they forgot who I was, they stopped answering my call and its almost impossible to get in touch with them, they also have the audacity to say that im am residing in a area where there is no broadband connection. For God Sake, I stay in the centre on town in the heart of the city, I stay in richmond town, and people all around me have Airtel Broadband, Its Daytime robbery, Please be aware guys, dont fall for these con games.
PS I forgot to mention the names of the Crooks who conned me out my hard earned money, they are Ravi the Team Leader, Salma the CALL CENTER EMPLOYEE. I WANT MY MONEY bACK, ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS NOW
