Airtel. Review on Airtel Broadband

Hello friends.I am reviewing about the airtel broadband.from past 1 year I am using this broadband service.it use to cost me approx 1100.initially it worked too good.such a good spead.and now also it works good but the problem is that it do not work only in the peak hours.when it is mostly needed that is in the office hours timing.due to which I am not able to complete neither of my online works.that is very irritating.and in night these people give us such a good speed that if you are going to download a movie of approx 1 GB it is hardly going to take 15 minute time.but what is the use of this if it is not working at the most needed time.and if we are going to call to the service provider.firtly he will come too late.then he will make it working at that time.then it works fine for 1 week.but after that again start the same problem.now I am completely fed up with this and definietly going to change it by next month.and aslo would not recommend anyone to go with this not even by mistake.
