I made a request for a broadband connection on 8 march 2013 vide reference no: 159744757 and BR 1888961.I called the customer care today and he promised me that connection will be done by 26 march and that I will receive a call from some executive in 1 hr.
Needless to say no one has called me.I should have read the reviews and gone for some other service but I trusted airtel and now they r playin with me (and im not even a customer yet).So imagine how lax these people will be with their service AFTER I become a customer.Can some one plz advise me as to which isp is d best in terms of quick service.
