I am live in Pratap Nagar, Sanganer, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Right now I am using some other service provider dongle for internet but, I am not satisfied with its speed and plans. Somebody suggest me to Airtel wired broadband then I request to internet connection on online airtel website.
After one day they call me and refused to give wired internet connection cause of line is not available in my area. I am very shocked that a huge company is refused to install internet in a city. Pratap nagar is only 20 Km far from main Jaipur. And I think Airtel forget that jaipur is the capital of Rajasthan. This is digital India where no internet connection in city then what we think that they install in rural areas. I am request to TRAI that why companies are not able to install lines. Is that company monopoly or some kind of issues?
