This review is for the fibre optic connection, in Bangalore.
First, in an age where most ISP want a reson to take deposit, or charge extra for isntlalation/router
the 6mnths plan has no installation charge, 1 day installation, and a free dual band router(approx 3k), and an option xstream box(at a refundable deposit of 1.5k). This is a good deal!
As regards to speed, have been consistently getting speeds of 210-300 Mbps, even though the plan promises 200mbps speed. Never have I seen an ISP overcommitting, even beyond the promised speed.
The installation team were a bit arrogant. Did some damage to the electrical box while pulling wires etc.
Servicing issues are not present so far. Once connection was cut, but the app notitied that network team is working on it. Was restored in a few hours.
