Airtel Internet - Worst service

I have lodged one complain to Airtel in regard to their internet/fixed line services on 7am of 2nd Nov’12


And the corresponding service request No is 24226714, for which the maximum resolution time is showing as 04-NOV-2012 02:15 PM. Even I called several times (almost every day) to the toll free No but no genuine response and I literally doubt if they intentionally disconnect the calls if they were unable to answer.


But regrettable no one have turned to fix the issue and also no one have least bothered to call on time. After the above committed time, I have sent many reminder emails and follow-ups. But Airtel is extremely shameless as use all. There is nothing much to wonder on this.


Airtel never provides any responsive support to their customers. It’s my own experience since the day I have chosen Airtel as my internet service providers i.e. in last 6-7 months. It’s an absolute blunder to choose Airtel service. I believe they treat customer problems as they are doing any sympathy/empathy.


However they are very punctual in generating bills on time and sending several reminders (email & sms) for the same. Even after you pay the bill (at least a week later you will still receive reminders for it)


As compared to other internet providers in market, Airtel charges little more & there is no second thought on this. Even though they fails to offer an adequate service to their customers who never forget to pay the bill on or before due date. So why don’t Airtel use their commonsense to maintain the promise. As per my personal experience all the commitments/statements which they offer are absolutely phony/fake. Why we have to run behind this useless Airtel, for ongoing support, even after paying hard earn money, without fail.


How this people get courage to run such fake company in a public market by taking the money by providing nothing. In addition to that they increase the level of frustration of customers which makes an severe impact on their professional and well as personal life. And also the purpose for which they have opted for this service is not getting fulfilled at end of the day.


How we can spread such awareness campaign to public to keep away from such fake/painful service providers. And allow other not to face such things which we have already experienced by paying our hard earn money. Also we have already ran from pillar to post, asking for the help in defected/interrupted service. Called up several times to Airtel care & also personally felt the pain on vain, But got nothing at end of the day. Still I don’t know where to go and whom to tell & what to do ?
