I have been using Airtel Broadband since 8 years and I have not changed to any other ISP after that. I am quite happy with the speed and the customer support. I do live in Bangalore and I have shifted to many places, but I have seen everywhere Airtel broadband service available. If any issues, I call to the customer support and they resolve the issues.
Quite happy with customer support. Currently I have got 65GB of data download limit with 5 mbps speed. Once 65 GB reached the speed reduced to 512 kbps. With this connection I have got a landline phone connection of Rs. 99 rental per month. I can make any number of local and STD free calls. I would suggest everyone should get this.
