I have been a customer for past 5 years. But now, I am fed up with their Customer service and their connection. Now they are money minded poor customer service and irresonsible answers. They do say many reason for poor connection.
Presently, Many internet service providers are available in the market but still they are not ready to offer better plans to their customers. If the customer terminates the connection they try to convenience with a better plans for their valuable customers.
Airtel says we are the only network who offers 4G. But they dont know to offer better plans to their customers.
