Have been using the Airtel Fibernet connection for sometime now. I have used around 5-6 ISPs in last 10 years and Airtel is best among them. It does not mean that they give an awesome service with no issues. But then they are the best option available.
The link is much stable compared to any other ISP. The customer support is OK. The turn around time is 1 day which is better than other ISPs. The cost is little higher than other ISPs but then its ok for the service that they provide.
