I am using this network service more than 3 years and I think that it charges more, than other network services.
The internet service is good because every time the speed is fast whenever I used it.
It's 4G speed is too good but the charges they take for this is too much. But because of the Jio network everyone is now balanced.
The connection Reliability is too good and I liked it the most because, a day I remembered when I was in village where there it's only the network which is showing all of it's signals and I liked it the most.
Come to it's service & support, it's service is good, but now they charge money if you want to talk with customer care for any queries. Whereas all other things are good as they are placing their network tower every hour, which is good for having a strong network for increasing connectivity.
