Guys, Please dont go to Airtel:
I had applied for Broadband connection but since it was not feasible in my area, the request was cancelled and refund was initiated. But till date I did not receive any refund.
I have contacted Airtel customer care, Nodal team and Appellette team for Refund issue.
They are very irresponsible and no one resolved the issue neither they respond properly(Its already 1 month now)
They are not even professional enough to address the issue and refund customer money to customer.
