I have obtained a broadband service with 45mbps speed at my home but the actual speed received is only 1.97 Mbps and the data packets are inconsistent. Most of the time, I am unable to browse any website due to this irregularity in the flow of data packets. I complained about this to their customer care a week ago but no actions have been taken till now. Soon after I launched the complaint, an executive called me and informed that they have taken up the complaint and the same will be resoled in 24 hours but I see that neither they have solved this problem nor have they taken any initiative to solve this. They have really become unprofessional and are least bothered about their customer's problem. Inspite of the fact that the broadband is not working for the past 7 to 10 days, they will surely charge me the full tariff. I am attaching the speed report for reference.
