They have multiple issues that they can’t handle. When I applied connection in Gurgaon in May 2012, the guy came and installed it after 5-6 follow ups and talking to manager. then they discovered they can’’t provide the service at all as patch panel doesn’t have additional port. After 7 days they somehow installed and took money for router 1600 and security 500. further on 16th June after 15 days of connection, they terminated(bill was under rupees 500) my connection stating that a 6 year old bill of 2700 is pending. Then I started receiving abuses and threat calls from a guy called ravi from airtel. The language included’’’’ hero ban ke connection to lagwa liya tune’’’’ & ’’’’ tereko pichla bill bhe dena parega aur naya bhi, dekhta ja’’. Translates to sarcasm’’’’ you felt like a hero and took connection’’’’, ’’’’wait and watch we will make you pay all your old and new bills) After 7-10 calls from them trying to explain that all previous bills were settled back then and there is no pending amount we got frustrated and then decided we will file disconnection request to nodal officer. Finally, they sent legal notice to us to pay.


Poor fellows, we have clearance letter original from 6 years back. Once we showed letter their calls stopped coming. Now, they are pestering us to revive our connection. Why should we? to hear foul language from your phoney thug collection agents? By the way we also filed many requests for the interruption in service. The number that was disconnected is 0124-4102678. For all of you to know I am not writing fake reviews. I still received one call this morning from 01244997200 from a rigid call agent claiming our problems have been sorted!!!!! and we should reconnect. He presented arguments for 3 minutes 4 seconds. "Hell with air tel".

  11. Have free lawyers to send false legal notices




  12. Information flow within call center and filed staff is pathetic.




  13. Never talks of refunds to dissatisfied customers.
