This is by far, the worst broadband connection available in the market.its been 4 months I have got this connections and since then I have been facing or the other difficulties with it.
The latest being frequent disconnection of the internet. My first complaint was made on 3rd Aug'11 with complaint number 1714024. I had no response from anyone so I had to remind them. on 10th Aug, one of the technician(Nitin Jindal) came to resolve, however it sighted that the problem is with connection's internal wiring, so he raised another complaint and went back. It had been 2 days there forth and no one turned up. So I gave another call at customer care and he said that he has no request in his records, so reinstated the complaint which was made on 3rd Aug'11 with the same complain number, i.e. 1714024.
Now on 14th August, after much of yelling at customer care, which I happened to call out of frustration, another technician named Rakesh came to change the wiring and charged Rs. 100 for which he did not even gave receipt even after asking for it. Not to much of my surprise, the fault still exists.
This time when I called customer care and I was informed that there are no charges that we have to give of these technician visits and yet again I have been given with another complaint number with yet another date of 16 August for the problem to be rectified.
I am really sick and tired of explaining my problem everytime I call customer care and to the representatives who have come home.
