We had very bad experience with Airtel Customer care last week. We have one PRI and 3 DSL connections which were dead for 2 days and now working fine but in process to get them working have to listen rough language and face high handiness of customer care people specially MR Shridhar Dash. Even complain to their senior still not responded.
Does having a good product Give Airtel Customer care people right to take there customer on ride and use improper language with there customer ?
