Airtel's Fine Quality. Review on Airtel Broadband

Hello friends today I will be sharing my review on Airtel Broadband.

I switched from MTNL to Airtel around 5 months ago thinking of getting good downloading/uploading speed with fine charges and the reliability of Airtel, but my experience with Airtel went totally bizarre because the downloading speed provided by Airtel was not according to my plan and even their was problem regarding the charges for first 2-3 months. Sometimes the customer care said that your plan was changed in the mid of month or sometime the said that some other charges were included which had no such pure justification. Then after some serious exchanges of mails the matter was resolved and it's been 2 months after the matter has solved now but still the downloading/uploading speed is still not according to our plan but we are somehow adjusting with this.

So, to conclude my review I would still suggest Airtel to all those people who can afford it and have no such problems regarding the downloading speed.
