I took Airtel broadband connection about 10 days back. A person come from Airtel to fiiled up the form. He took INR 649(as 1st month rental)+ 300/(as notary charge). I beleived that person since he represented Airtel. The connection has established after 2 day. After 7 days, the connection is down and its saying Disconnected due to non payment.
I understand later
(1) the notary charge is redundant. The person cheated me and took that money.
Since the broadband is now disconnected, now I doubt whether 649/- is also paid in Airtel office by that person. I tried to reach them several times. These persons are not accepting the phone. I am totally cheated by Airtel. I have paid money and not getting the service.
I am really clueless what to do next.
Don't trust Airtel and their representatives. And if possible, don't go for airtel broadband.
