I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and approach by the Airtel People.I have raised the complaint before 20 days ago for shifting.
My neighbour does have the same airtel connection.The DB box in our flats has enough port availlable to give a new connection.But still nobody from airtel doesn't approach me.Nobody is taking the responsibility.I called all
Your numbers mentioned in the bill multiple times.Their customer care representatives or any body else doesn't have any knowledge of what's happening.they are just saying that they would forward.I am really very surprised what is the process followed by Airtel to followup a SR.I am damn sure they are following a sh_t process..
I really didn't expect such worst service and communication from One of the biggest corporates in INIDA...Shame on you guys... When am I going to get the new connection? god knows better than Sunil Mittal.
