I had been using the Airtel Broadband service for more than 2 years now. I didn't face any major problem and the the internet speed was average and when there was a problem whenever the customer care was contacted, the response would be good and the internet service would be resumed in a maximum time period of one day.
But when I contacted recently(a month back) for a problem, there was no proper response even after multiple follow ups. after a week, due to my work requirements, we shifted to a new service, but we are surprise to see the bill getting generated for the past month, without even using their service. Bill generation is properly done but no time for replying customer's compliant.
Never going to use their service again!
