Airtel Broadband Gurgaon - WORST SERVICE. Review on Airtel Broadband

I applied for an Airtel broadband connection on the 7th of October and  the representative from Gurgaon - Mr.Deepak( Mob # -  8010773502).  After 10 days the connection was not installed and Mr. Deepak  conveniently washed his hands off the matter and referred me to his  'Manager' Mr. Amit(9311110763) . Amit promised to get it installed the  next day- and 2 days later still no news. He stopped picking up his  phone post this. on inquiring with Deepak, I was informed that Amit has  cancelled my connection( without my consent) and arranged for a refund,  which Deepak would himself deliver to the house. No News from both  persons after that- Deepak has changed his phone number and Amit still  does not take calls.

Very disappointing service from Airtel, Please BEWARE - DO NOT OPT FOR AIRTEL UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY.
