I am using airtel mobile network from last 5 years.I had pre paid number.From 2014 onwards service provider had detorite his quality services. Out of 50 calls I had observed that 10 percent calls means 5 call per day are drop due to network problem .if we see the financial impact then it becomes 5 rs loss per day per person and suppose if there are 500000 users then loss is 25 lacs Rs per day.
The problem is that goverment is not take legal action against them .
