In january 2011. I had applied for airtel broadband connection, the sales executive promised me that I will get connection within 4-5 days from date of application submission. Till I have not received connection and I also not received my refund amount.
Again March 2011, I have applied for airtel broadband+telephone+iptv, this time also sales executive promised me to provide connection with 4-5 days, Still I have not received connection.
Airtel customer care is also crap now.. they charge 50 paisa/min and they dont even provide information properly.
