Hi All, Sharing my experience of Airtel Broad band which I have been using from last 10 years. I am truly and happily a satisfied customer of Airtel as I am using broadband and Mobile connection of Airtel from last 10 years. My Broadband Plan details are as follows
Monthly rental is 699 which I ave changed as per my current requirement and I get 10 GB data plus 1 GB top up additional data as a privilege and premium customer. And a speed of 2mbps till 10 GB and once the data is over the speed reduces too 512 kbps unlimited.
Customer care is always helpful and cooperative and yes I do face small issue at times however it gets resolved by the team within the time frame given. Thats why my personal recommendation for everyone is if you want a hassle free Internet service go for Airtel Broadband.
