I faced so many problem when I get connection and this thing happened Just for a change of address and location Airtel is taking ages. Looks like it would have been taken care if it was a new connection. End number of calls, escalation, requests are all going down the drain. Just fed up with the nonsense customer care who just ends up giving you end number of request numbers. Each time you call they just say "Today end of day you'll get your connection" All they need to say is that
