Airtel closes the complain without even resolving the issues. They give few calls for sure and ensure that service person will check. But at the end, u will see, complain is closed. Check complain no. 80767564 and 80758604 for truth. Don't even care if customer is in trouble. But its sure that you will get call and lots of assurance from customer care executives and service people. But at the end, you will be left alone even if your internet is working or not. PATHETIC service. Its time to say bye bye to airtel broadband. Thanks for your crap service.
