Airtel broadband has the slowest internet speed and the highest internet rate .airtel broadband has very slow internet speed in several areas since they haven't put their broadband network in whole India due to which many people is having problems using internet in airtel and also the rate of airtel internet charges is so high that the students are finding it difficult to afford it and facing lot of problems.
the internet speed is very slow even after using 3g we feel like we are using 2g which is to slow and worst even for loading a page it takes around 20 sec in 3g network thats the most irritating part of it so better not use airtel for internet purposes.
about connection reliability sometimes we are unable to find the network coverage due to which we are unable to use internet nor use the broadband for calling the connections used to be very moveable which goes up and down all the time and waste all money in internet charges and calling charges .
the service and support is also the worst as they are unable to help the customers and to meets the needs of the person when they are facing problems and regretting using airtel as they are unable to refund any kind of charges which has been canceled due to some unusual mistakes .
